Labor has opened a Medicare Urgent Care Clinic in Werriwa.

Our Government promised this new clinic for our community at the election and I am proud we are delivering it.

These clinics provide urgent care for non-life-threatening conditions, fully bulk billed — and now we have our very own clinic right here in Werriwa.

The Albanese Labor Government has now opened more than 100 Medicare Urgent Care Clinics across the country. This clinic joins the clinics at Liverpool and Campbelltown providing after hours urgent care.

From cuts and burns to sprains and infections, at Labor’s free Medicare Urgent Care Clinic in Werriwa you’ll be treated by a doctor or nurse, fully bulk billed.

This is just one of the ways we’re making healthcare free, local, and there when you need it.

From 1 January 2026, PBS medicines are capped at $25, or $7.70 for concession card holders.

You can also ring 1800MEDICARE (1800 633 422) for free 24/7 health advice from registered nurses.

Medical Mental Health Check-In is also now available on 1800 595 212 providing free mental health support and connection to services.
